Plascon Penetrating Primer 4l Oil Based

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND USES: Plascon Penetrating Primer is a Polyurethane based primer
which binds loose and chalking surfaces. It is ideal for preparing
exterior walls which have not been painted for some time.
SURFACE PREPARATION: All loose and flaking paint must be removed by wire brushing
or scraping.
FINISH: Satin
APPLICATION: By brush or roller
Apply one thin coat and allow to dry for four hours.
Over coat with any Emulsion or alkyd based paint
THINING & MIXING: Plascon White Spirit
EQUIPMENT CLEANING: Clean equipment immediately after use with Plascon White
Spirit.
DRYING TIME: 4 – 8 Hours
COLOUR: Clear
SPREADING CAPACITY: 10 – 14 m2 per litre depending on the surface porosity
