DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATIONS OF THE PLASCON STANDARD THINNER PRODUCT
Any cellulose-based product that uses Plascon Standard Thinner will have acceptable flow characteristics and good cutting power. It is advised to use it with a cellulose primer or surfacer. Nitrocellulose Wood Lacquers can also use Plascon Standard Thinner. It quickly dissipates from the paint coating that has been applied.
