PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & USES

Plascon Tile Adhesive is a high quality P.V.A based adhesive formulated to provide a strong bond between glazed, ceramic, vinyl asbestos, blockboard , cement wall and floor screeds.

APPLICATION

Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil etc. New plaster or screed surfaces must be completely dry before application of the Tile Adhesive is considered.

Apply a liberal coat of the Plascon Tile Adhesive (2-3mm thick) to the wall/floor surface using a comb trowel. Do not cover too large an area at any one time. Allow to dry for approximately 1 minute. Bring tile and substrate into contact and press firmly into position.

SOLIDS CONTENT:         55-58% (Theoretical).

DENSITY:                1.29Kg/L.

OPEN TIME:              Max. 10 minutes.

BONDING:                Within the open time.

OPTIMUM BOND STRENGTH: 8 Hours.
